I have worked in the care sector for 18years. As a health care assistance I have have been and still am supporting services users to live independently, mainly in residential homes. I have worked as a health senior care assistant for 7years. During this period I have gained more skills, knowledge and experience through training and meeting challenges.
I am reliable, trustworthy and always punctual. I have good communication skills verbally and physically. It is very important when working with families. I am capable to work with minimal supervision. I also like satisfaction to knowing that my effort is making a difference to people's lives.
I am highly passionate in caring for others,helping and supporting them wherever I can.
I have a caring and kind nature and like to go out of my way to help someone. I am a well organised individual .
